BEWEGING° collects, records and processes personal data when it is expressly communicated such as for the use of some parts of the website, such as participation in a competition, survey or activity of the BEWEGING°, subscription to a newsletter and contact through a contact form or e-mail. You guarantee that the data you communicate are correct and complete.

We may use your data to contact you directly, by mail, telephone or by electronic means such as e-mail or SMS. When communicating electronically, you have the option to unsubscribe from future electronic communications.

Inspection and correction of data

BEWEGING° will not retain your data longer than permitted by law and in any case no longer than necessary for the purposes stated herein.

Transfer of personal data

Beweging° will not communicate, sell, transmit or otherwise distribute your personal data to third parties outside Beweging°, except in relation to the performance of the agreement (e.g. delivery of prize for a contest, etc.), unless required by law or unless you have given your explicit consent to do so.
We do not provide personal data to parties located outside the EU.

Data security

BEWEGING° takes technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against destruction, loss, alteration, access or misuse.

BEWEGING° also undertakes to limit access to personal data as much as possible, and thus to grant access only when necessary.

Employees who have access to the data have been informed of their obligations regarding data security and confidentiality.

Minors

BEWEGING° is careful to protect the privacy of minors and encourages parents to be actively involved in their children’s online activities.

BEWEGING° will not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from minors.

BEWEGING° encourages minors, if they visit one of our websites, to inform their parents about their online activity and ask their opinion before transmitting personal data to us.
