Who we are

EHESS

France

The Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS) brings together over 800 researchers in the human and social sciences and hosts leading research programs on issues such as inequalities, poverty, the welfare state and democracy.

Confounded by the EHESS and the Centre national de la recherche Scientifique (CNRS), the Georg Simmel Centre brings together researchers from different disciplines to address, in line with Simmel’s legacy, the multiple facets of a world in transformation. The expertise of the researchers associated to the INVOLVE Project lies more specifically in the areas of work, initial and lifelong education and social policies, with a specialization in qualitative multi-level analysis and participative methodologies.
