Methodological guidebook to study public services from a Receiver, Doer and Judge perspective, giving due place to capability for voice and capacity to aspire

Deliverable 1.2 focuses on the methodologies mobilized for the quantitative (ad hoc survey) and qualitative research (semi-directed interviews and discussion groups). First, the quantitative methodology is presented, with an emphasis on how the RDJ framework has been operationalised in an ad hoc survey (topics covered, recruitment processes, ethical issues, etc.). Second, the methodologies of the qualitative research are presented, regarding both semi-directed interviews (esp. recruitment processes, constitution of operational interview grids, conducting and coding interviews and ethical issues) and collective discussion groups (composition of groups,
methodological background and guidelines, ethical issues, monitoring tool).
